Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales operations. You will be responsible for managing our brand(s) across e-commerce platforms (own website + marketplaces), developing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and optimize the customer experience to grow revenue. Key Responsibilities 1. Ecommerce Platform Management Oversee end-to-end operations of the ecommerce store(s), including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom platforms. Ensure website content, product listings, pricing, and promotions are consistently up to date. Optimize site speed, UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow. 2. Digital Strategy & Sales Growth Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue and ROI targets. Plan and manage ecommerce campaigns (sales, seasonal promotions, new launches). We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to spearhead Aquench’s digital growth across multiple platforms. Role Overview The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Aquench’s online sales channels, including D2C platforms, leading e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.), and strategic online partnerships.
