About the Role

We are hiring an E-Commerce Manager to lead operations across our D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Strong expertise in Unicommerce is mandatory for managing inventory, order flow, and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, and Zepto.
• Ensure listing optimization, catalog hygiene, and campaign readiness.
• Oversee inventory sync, pricing updates, offers, combos, and gifting SKUs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and performance teams for smooth execution.
• Track e-commerce KPIs (SLA, OTIF, RTO, TAT) and drive growth.
• Build SOPs and lead a small team as the function scales.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of e-commerce experience, D2C brand-side preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in Unicommerce and marketplace panels.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, data-driven approach.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or fashion categories is a plus.
• High ownership and execution mindset.
