Location: Kolkata (In-Office)Experience: 1–2 YearsSalary: Market StandardAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to manage our presence across leading Indian ecommerce platforms. This role will involve end-to-end management of product listings, campaigns, and performance to drive sales and ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Meesho, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.Monitor and analyze platform metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates.Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and timely order fulfillment.Plan and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.Ensure quick responses to customer queries, reviews, and feedback.Prepare reports and insights on platform performance for management.Qualifications & Skills1–2 years of experience managing Indian ecommerce marketplaces.Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.Why Work With Us?Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand.Exposure to multiple ecommerce platforms and digital sales strategies.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
