HIRING E-COMMERCE MANAGER

JOB LOCATION - TIRUPPUR, TAMIL NADU

Roles and Responsibilities: -

● Responsible for managing the E-commerce team.

● Responsible for meeting the set targets.

● Responsible for day-to-day marketplace activities (Myntra, Firstcry, Ajio, Nykaa,

Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify & others). Analyzing revenue, campaign performance,

daily ad spends, etc.

● Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy in order to improve website &

marketplace performance.

● Conduct regular competitor analysis. Identify emerging trends, pricing dynamics, and

innovative approaches to remain competitive in the marketplace.

● Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new

product sellthrough, and performance.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to

align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes and

proactively implement best practices and new features.

● Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of

customer issues or comments.

Qualifications: -

● Proven experience in managing and optimizing products on major marketplace

websites like Myntra, Firstcry, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Website and others.

● 3years + of relevant Experience.

● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO, and keyword research.

● Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.

● Excellent written communication and marketing skills to create compelling product

content.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks

simultaneously.

● Understanding of marketplace policies and best practices to ensure compliance.

● Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software is a plus.
