E-commerce Manager (Marketplace Operations & Growth) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our business across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and RKW. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, end-to-end FBA/supply management, AMS advertising, daily sales monitoring, P&L ownership, and product cataloging/listing as per marketplace standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management • Lead and manage marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, RKW, and other platforms. • Ensure timely onboarding of new products, pricing updates, and content optimization. • Manage seller dashboards, account health, and compliance with platform policies. • Build strong relationships with marketplace category teams for growth opportunities. 2. FBA & E-commerce Supply Chain • Manage FBA, warehouse stock, and inventory replenishment. • Forecast demand, plan dispatches, and maintain adequate stock levels. • Minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and logistics/fulfillment costs. 3. AMS Advertising & Campaign Optimization • Plan and execute AMS/PPC advertising campaigns across all marketplaces. • Monitor keyword performance, ACOS/ROAS, and optimize campaigns for profitability. • Create campaign strategies for product launches, events, and seasonal sales. 4. Sales Planning & Daily Performance Tracking • Track daily sales, traffic, conversions, and category performance. • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Plan and execute promotions, deals, coupons, and growth initiatives. 5. P&L Management • Own the complete P&L for marketplace channels. • Analyze marketplace fees, advertising cost, returns, logistics, and margins. • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve profitability. 6. Product Cataloging & Listing Standards • Create, manage, and optimize product cataloging as per Amazon/Flipkart/RKW standards. • Ensure high-quality product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content. • Maintain catalog hygiene, correct listing errors, and improve content ranking. 7. Cross-functional Coordination • Work with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, design, finance) for seamless operations. • Coordinate with creative teams for images, videos, and brand content.
