Ecommerce Manager

As an E-Commerce Manager at Bakery B, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries via chat, messages, and social media. You will be expected to reply professionally and promptly to Google reviews, coordinate with internal teams for order updates and fulfillment, and keep customers informed about their order status. It will also be your responsibility to collect and record customer feedback for internal improvements, address and resolve customer complaints or grievances politely and efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
