As an E-Commerce Manager at Bakery B, your role will involve responding to customer enquiries through various channels such as chat, messages, and social media. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and timely response to Google reviews, collaborating with internal teams for order updates, and ensuring customers are informed about their order status. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in collecting and recording customer feedback for internal improvements, addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
