👩🎨 KIDSWEAR DESIGNER – MACKLY (Based in Tiruppur, India) 📍 Location: Full-time, On-site – Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 🧸 Category: Innerwear | Loungewear | Activewear (Ages 4–16) About Mackly At Mackly, we design playful, functional innerwear and activewear to inspire kids to lead active, happy lives. We’re building India’s most loved kidswear brand – rooted in comfort, creativity, and movement. Now, we’re looking for a creative force to join our growing team in Tiruppur. 🎨 Role: Kidswear Designer As our in-house designer, you’ll take charge of concept-to-creation for our innerwear, pyjamas, and activewear collections. From playful prints to high-performance fabrics, your job is to bring style and comfort together – for kids who never sit still! What You’ll Do Design seasonal collections for boys and girls (ages 4–16) across innerwear, sleepwear, and sportswear Develop moodboards, sketches, and detailed tech packs Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with brand aesthetics and comfort Work closely with the sourcing, sampling, and production teams Use AI design tools to accelerate development and bring innovative ideas to life Stay updated on global trends in kidswear, sustainability, and movement-focused design Who You Are Based in Tiruppur ( this is a must ) 3–5 years of experience in kidswear design (preferably in innerwear or activewear) Strong understanding of fabric types, fit, stretch, and comfort Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, AI design tools, and tech pack creation Passionate about kids’ fashion, movement, and user-friendly design A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment If we see ourselves as a mutual fit , join us and let’s design the future of kidswear together!
