Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, manage product listings, and ensure the overall success of our e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and e-commerce websites.
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and visual content to improve visibility and sales.
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and seasonal sales.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion rates, and ROI to improve performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order processing, returns, and customer service for online orders.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies.
• Manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace ads).
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, data security, and payment gateway standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital sales.
• Proven experience with major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
