Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and ensuring financial compliance. You will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions with insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Lead and develop finance team members for improved performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
• Minimum [5+] years of experience in financial management or a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leadership capabilities and team management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
