Role Description This is a full-time on-site Finance Manager role located in Pune at Shubham EPC. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will also manage financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, the Finance Manager will provide strategic financial guidance to the organization. Qualifications CA/MBA in Finance Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis skills Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Risk Management skills Experience in providing strategic financial guidance Knowledge of financial software and systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

Job Description: Independently handle banking limit approvals, renewals, and compliance processes with national and private sector banks Manage trade finance instruments: LC, SBLC, BG, PBG, Buyer’s Credit, etc Prepare CMA data and detailed financial projections Structure and draft term sheets for financial institutions and private lenders, including commercial and trade structuring Lead financial planning, cash flow management, and strategic financial operations Oversee financial due diligence, risk management, and internal control systems Develop and implement tools and best practices to strengthen financial operations Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with a postgraduate qualification in Finance. Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior managerial role. Background in Construction & Engineering industry preferred. Strong track record in financial reporting, strategic planning, and ERP-based systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
