Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations and performance of the organization. This senior-level role requires an individual who can combine strong technical financial expertise with the ability to guide key decision-making processes, manage financial planning and analysis, and develop strategies that drive financial growth and sustainability. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that help shape the company’s financial strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes. Develop and monitor financial KPIs to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct detailed financial analysis, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Oversee long-term financial planning, including scenario analysis and capital planning. 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and present timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance. Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency. 3. Strategic Financial Guidance Provide financial advice and support to executive leadership to guide strategic business decisions. Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy and long-term growth objectives. Analyze financial trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to recommend improvements in business performance. 5. Risk Management Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Oversee internal controls and implement processes to prevent fraud and financial misstatements. Ensure proper documentation and processes are in place to safeguard the company's financial assets. 6. External Relationships & Stakeholder Management Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. Ensuring transparency in financial reporting. Qualifications Education & Experience: A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role. Proven track record of managing financial operations, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Experience in leading and developing teams. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong proficiency in financial software Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Tyre Sales Manager for the North India region to lead sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive business growth across multiple states. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tyre sales, an existing network of dealers, and a proven track record of achieving targets in North India. Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales growth for tyre segments (as applicable). Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network across North India. Identify and onboard new business partners, retailers, and institutional clients. Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and competitor activities in the region. Lead a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives, providing training and direction. Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns, promotions, and branding. Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Oversee credit control, collections, and resolve channel conflicts effectively. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. Travel extensively across North India for dealer visits, market surveys, and business development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 6–10 years of experience in tyre or related automotive product sales in North India. Strong knowledge of the North Indian tyre market and regional dynamics. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Ability to lead and manage a geographically dispersed team. Proficiency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel extensively across the northern states. Preferred Background: Prior experience with leading tyre brands Exposure to both replacement and OEM channels. Understanding of commercial vehicle, passenger car, and/or off-road tyre segments.
