The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tyre sales, an existing network of dealers, and a proven track record of achieving targets in North India. Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales growth for tyre segments (as applicable). Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network across North India. Identify and onboard new business partners, retailers, and institutional clients. Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and competitor activities in the region. Lead a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives, providing training and direction. Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns, promotions, and branding. Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Oversee credit control, collections, and resolve channel conflicts effectively. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. Travel extensively across North India for dealer visits, market surveys, and business development.
