Key Responsibility Areas

1. Account Ownership – E-commerce and Q-commerce Channels

  • Full ownership of revenue, growth, and profitability across platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, Instamart, and D2C website.
  • Drive listing optimization, catalog hygiene, product content, and reviews management.
  • Work closely with category teams to influence visibility, deals, and placement.
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with key partners for revenue, shares, and promotions.

2. Growth, Campaigns, and GTM Execution

  • Lead product launches, NPD rollouts, and seasonal campaigns on all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain) for platform-specific GTM plans.
  • Optimize pricing, promo calendars, and conversion funnels to drive growth and profitability.

3. Commercial Operations

  • Drive forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management across fulfillment models (warehouse, dark stores, etc.).
  • Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) supply in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
  • Monitor platform-level fill rates, cancellations, and return rates.

4. Visibility & Activations

  • Plan and execute visibility campaigns, store banners, brand days, and on-app promotions on Q-commerce and E-commerce channels.
  • Lead execution of festive campaigns, Mega Days, and Flash Sales across platforms.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics: Sales, Market Shares, Fill Rates.
  • Drive platform-wise market share analysis and growth reporting.
  • Monitor competition pricing, new launches, and promotion strategies.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of core experience in e-commerce sales, Q-commerce, category management, or digital key account management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-growth online channels and delivering revenue targets.
  • Last stint in an FMCG/D2C startup or consumer brand managing e-commerce/Q-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, merchandising best practices, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management (marketing, supply chain, finance).
