Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Quick Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.):

  • Drive day-to-day operations including listings, stock availability, pricing strategy, deals, and campaigns.
  • Manage platform relationships and act as the main point of contact for account managers.
  • Optimize product visibility using SEO and platform advertising tools (Amazon Sponsored Ads, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with operational metrics and platform policies (e.g., SLAs, returns, order health).

D2C Website (Shopify):

  • Manage and enhance website performance across UI/UX, conversion funnel, AOV, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to drive traffic via performance marketing, email, and influencer channels.
  • Track key site metrics and user behavior; implement A/B tests and actionable improvements.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Define and execute monthly and quarterly growth plans across all channels.
  • Lead sales forecasting, stock planning, and promotional calendar management.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, and retention metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with design, supply chain, operations, and content teams to ensure alignment on product launches, campaigns, and fulfillment.
  • Manage external agencies or in-house team members for cataloging, creative optimization, and ad execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in managing E-commerce and marketplace operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
  • Familiar with advertising platforms like Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and other data/reporting platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen, operational discipline, and ownership mindset.
