Job Title: Quick Commerce Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quick Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our quick commerce (Q-commerce) operations. The role involves managing end-to-end online marketplace operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless last-mile delivery, and strong partnerships with aggregator platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo). The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations Management
Manage day-to-day quick commerce operations across multiple platforms.
Ensure timely listing, cataloging, and stock availability of products.
Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery efficiency.
Sales & Growth
Drive revenue growth through effective product placement, promotions, and campaign execution.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to run platform-specific campaigns.
Vendor & Platform Coordination
Maintain strong relationships with Q-commerce partners and aggregator platforms.
Negotiate with partners for visibility slots, banner ads, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of platform requirements.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Monitor demand forecasting and ensure stock replenishment.
Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory.
Minimize out-of-stock situations and reduce order cancellations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports.
Continuously optimize operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Q-commerce ecosystem and aggregator platforms.
Experience in e-commerce operations, category management, or sales.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or Q-commerce industry.
Prior experience managing aggregator platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) preferred.
