The Sales Executive – E-Commerce will be responsible for managing and growing online sales channels for food related products through B2B, B2C & D2C platforms. This role involves product listing, pricing, promotions, customer engagement, and order fulfilment coordination. The position will work closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless online sales operations and superior customer experience.
1. Education: MBA -Marketing or Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 2–5 years in e-commerce sales, preferably in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or allied industries.
3. Knowledge of online marketplace operations, digital marketing basics, and e-commerce analytics tools.
4. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems is desirable.
