• Manage and update product listings, pricing, discounts, content, and images on the website and various e-commerce portals.

• Collaborate with marketplace account managers and vendors to resolve operational or technical issues.

• Lead onboarding initiatives for new national and international marketplaces.

• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling banners, creatives, and promotional materials for digital campaigns.

𝗕) 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Prepare and maintain detailed sales and performance reports using Google Sheets / Excel.

• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to deliver actionable business insights.

• Present monthly KPI and performance review reports to the management team.

🎯 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

3 years of experience in D2C sales

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding online sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of lifestyle and fashion products and marketplaces.

4. Technologically savvy and highly organized, capable of thriving under pressure in a startup environment.

5. Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English).

7. Must be a sales-driven professional with a data-led decision-making approach.

• Strong business acumen and data analytics capability.

• Proven experience in P&L ownership, financial acumen, and budget management.

📌 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce sales/operations.

2. Location: Candidates must be willing to commute to Charni Road (East), Mumbai.

3. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period will be preferred.
