We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Ecommerce Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics for Hong Kong operations, including traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to marketing, sales, and product teams.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize website functionality, campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve user experience and drive online sales growth.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in ecommerce operations.
Support forecasting, inventory planning, and campaign performance evaluation for the Hong Kong market.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in ecommerce analysis, digital analytics, or online business management.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital marketing analytics and SEO/SEM performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization platforms.
Understanding of online sales strategies and customer journey optimization.
