Ecommerce Analyst

About the Job:

The E-commerce Associate will be responsible for end-to-end Amazon listing management and contribute to the broader e-commerce marketing strategy. This role requires hands-on experience with listing operations, combined with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, product page optimization, and compliance management.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Create, update, and maintain listings on Amazon Seller Central.

2. Manage bulk uploads, flat file templates, and variation structures.

3. Monitor and resolve listing issues, including suppressed, inactive, and policy-violated listings.

4. Develop, submit, and escalate support cases for catalog or compliance-related problems.

5. Maintain and update A+ Content and Brand Stores, coordinating with graphic teams where necessary.

6. Conduct listing audits and implement improvements to enhance visibility and performance.

7. Collaborate with marketing and catalog teams to support product launches and seasonal refreshes.

8. Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

9. Assist in SEO optimization through keyword strategy and backend attribute refinement.

Requirements:
