The Formularx is an Indian dermocosmetics brand founded by scientists in 2021, specializing in

skincare for sensitive and compromised skin, and is known for its barrier-fortifying ceramide

moisturizers. Founded by Dr. Rahul Chaudhary and Dr. Satobhisha Mukherjee, the brand

focuses on combining cosmetic elegance with pharmaceutical precision, offering clinically

backed formulations that are developed by scientists and trusted by dermatologists. The

Formularx emphasizes transparency, sustainability, and affordability, aiming to provide effective

skincare solutions backed by strong scientific research.

Data Analyst- E Commerce & Online Marketplace

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our

team at The Formularx. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data

to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize

our brand’s performance on our website and across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart,

Myntra, Nykaa, and Tira. The role also involves conducting competitor analysis and providing actionable

insights to improve performance and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Monitoring & Collection: Track and gather data on sales, traffic, customer engagement, and

conversion rates across our website and marketplaces.


• Competitor Analysis: Research competitor websites and marketplace listings, analyzing their pricing,

marketing, and performance strategies to identify opportunities and trends.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets and prepare actionable insights and reports

highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

• Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to provide visual insights into brand

performance, marketplace metrics, competitor trends, and KPIs for decision-making.

• Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amazon

Brand Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg for data collection, analysis, and

visualization.

• Presentation: Present findings and insights clearly through reports, presentations, and

periodic data

summaries to business stakeholders.


Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business

Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably within e-commerce,

digital marketing, or a related industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL,

Google Data Studio

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Ability to design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards.
