We are now looking to expand our operations team with an E-commerce Assistant who can support our daily e-commerce activities and help streamline our operations.
Job Description:As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence and operations. Your responsibilities will include product cataloging, order processing, and ensuring a smooth and efficient e-commerce operation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for e-commerce.Responsibilities:Assist in the management of daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.Catalog and update product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, specifications, and images.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with our return policy.Provide support to the customer service team by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Analyze e-commerce metrics and provide reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and technologies to improve website performance.
