An Email Design & Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage target audiences, build customer loyalty, and drive conversions. This role blends creative skills (design & development) with technical and analytical expertise (automation, segmentation, and performance tracking).Email Design OperationsDesign & build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tool – Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Campaign ManagementResponsible for resizing, modifying the images and uploading the same on live emailsExpertise on Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5 CSS/ CSS3Good knowledge in cross email accounts issues and debuggingAdept in online and traditional marketing and highly skilled in visual communicationsEmail Campaign OperationsEnd to end e-mail campaign management and coordination for e-mail, push & other customer touchpoints using marketing automation toolsKnow how to use systems Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Management, MarketoManaging on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo)Customer profiling & audience building – using marketing automation tools and/or SQLUnderstanding of marketing automation including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, SQL query building, tracking and analysis of resultsProviding training and assistance to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems ( (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo) and processes.Conduct A/B testing on elements such as subject lines, content, imagery, and send times to optimize campaign performance and engagement rates.Initiating translation process of campaigns and delivering them to all related parties for validationKeep the track of deliveries with cost, deadline and supplier performance details in excel reportsAct as SME for related projects.Aiding business to support additions and modifications of CRM content.Ensures editorial content is published according to guidelinesDirecting business on campaign content management process and workflows.Experience
Proven experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role, typically 2+ years, with a track record of successful campaign management.Technical SkillsProficiency in email marketing platforms/automation tools (AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IVALDI)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Qualifications
Masters/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.Proficiency in japanese language (good to have)
