Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of Amazon.com and Walmart marketplace operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, executing strategies to drive sales, handling bulk listings, creating and optimizing sales campaigns, and providing exceptional communication to our UK and US-based clients. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients' success and maximizing their presence across these key e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Setup:
  • Lead the seamless onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, initial data gathering, and integration into our management systems.
  • Assist clients in navigating Amazon and Walmart Seller/Vendor Central interfaces and ensure all necessary initial configurations are complete.
  • Account Management & Strategy:
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of multiple Amazon (UK & US) and Walmart Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase product visibility, sales volume, and profitability for clients.
  • Conduct regular account audits to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Listing Management & Optimization:
  • Perform comprehensive bulk listing creation, optimization, and maintenance across Amazon and Walmart platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practices (SEO, compelling copy, high-quality images).
  • Manage product variations, inventory, and pricing effectively.
  • Campaign Management & Sales Growth:
  • Design, execute, and monitor various sales-driving campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Brands, Display on Amazon; Walmart Ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment:
  • Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and manage excess inventory for both FBA/WFS and FBM/Seller Fulfilled.
  • Work with clients on inbound shipment planning and reconciliation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, Buy Box win rate, ACoS/ROAS, and account health.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK and US clients, providing proactive updates, answering queries, and addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear, consistent, and strategic communication.
  • Conduct regular client calls to review performance and discuss future plans.
  • Upselling & Service Expansion:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and performance data (e.g., A+ Content creation, Brand Store development, new marketplace expansion, advanced advertising strategies).
  • Present compelling proposals for expanded services that align with client goals.
  • Problem Solving & Account Health:
  • Proactively identify and resolve account-related issues, including listing suppressions, policy violations, and performance notifications.
  • Manage customer reviews, feedback, and A-to-Z claims to maintain excellent account health.
  • Liaise with Amazon and Walmart support teams to resolve complex issues.
