We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage key client relationships and drive their success across the dynamic Amazon marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Client Account Strategy & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon seller accounts, representing both Indian and USA clients. Develop and execute tailored Amazon strategies (across Amazon.com and Amazon.in) for each client to maximize sales, profitability, and market share. Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations. PPC & Advertising Optimization: Design, launch, and continuously optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) for multiple client accounts. Perform in-depth keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, and ad copy refinement to ensure maximum ROI. Analyze advertising performance data to provide actionable insights and drive campaign efficiency. Listing Optimization & Content Management: Create, enhance, and maintain highly optimized product listings (ASINs) for clients, including compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content). Proficiently handle bulk listing uploads, updates, and troubleshooting using flat files (spreadsheets) for efficient catalog management across diverse client product ranges. Ensure all product content is compliant with Amazon's guidelines and best practices for both marketplaces. Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight: Collaborate with clients to monitor inventory levels, assist with demand forecasting, and guide FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipment planning. Provide expertise on FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations, including shipping templates and order management, where applicable to client needs. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on client Amazon performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic, ACOS, IPI score, account health). Conduct in-depth data analysis using Amazon Seller Central reports and third-party tools to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Present clear, concise, and actionable findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Account Health & Compliance: Proactively monitor account health dashboards for all assigned client accounts, identifying and addressing potential issues (e.g., policy violations, performance notifications). Liaise effectively with Amazon Seller Support on behalf of clients to resolve complex account, listing, or performance issues. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and new Amazon features or policies to keep clients ahead of the curve. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of dedicated hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for various products/brands. Mandatory proven expertise with both Amazon.com (USA) and Amazon.in (India) marketplaces. Extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. Highly proficient in bulk listing uploads, inventory management, and catalog maintenance using Amazon flat files. Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, A9 algorithm, and advanced listing optimization techniques. Familiarity with Amazon's various programs (e.g., Brand Registry, FBA, Vine, Deals, Coupons). Strong analytical abilities with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Exceptional client communication and presentation skills (verbal and written English). Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an agency environment. Proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to client success.
