The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a crucial role for an individual with a proven track record in selling services related to e-commerce account handling, specifically for Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for our e-commerce account management services. Identify and prospect potential clients, including brands, manufacturers, and businesses looking to optimize their presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart. Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our services can address them. Present and articulate the features and benefits of our Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart account management solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events. Collaborate closely with our account management and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart ecosystems to effectively position our services. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of demonstrable sales experience specifically selling services related to e-commerce account management, online marketplace optimization, or digital marketing for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Walmart. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B service environment. Deep understanding of the operational aspects, challenges, and opportunities of selling on Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart. Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
