The Opportunity:

An exceptional career opportunity for innovative, committed, and forward-looking individual to create transformational value in Finance Function.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Planning (CP) team to execute business plans effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead the finance function to achieve targets within approved budgets, working closely with plant teams to control costs and optimize resource utilization.

• Monitor production and sales performance to ensure alignment with estimates and business plans, engaging with plant and marketing teams to drive operational efficiency.

• Analyse and validate business proposals, providing accurate financial insights to support informed decision-making by senior management.

• Drive audit compliance by closing open points in implementation trackers and improving Silvassa Audit Ratings, with a focus on strengthening controls in customer proposal approvals.

• Oversee vendor management by tracking ageing, ensuring timely payments, and negotiating cost-effective procurement in coordination with the purchase team.

• Control capital expenditures within budgetary limits, review Capex plans with top management, and ensure timely closure of ongoing projects.

• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business plans, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and lead audits including SOX, Tax, and Cost audits.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 7 years of extensive experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, articulate financial strategies, and influence decision-making.
• They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication.
• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts are required attributes for this role.
