Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
