Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Spectrum Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to staff members.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
