Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth functioning of hotel services. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, addressing safety and security concerns, and coordinating with other departments. The Duty Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and standards, while striving to enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience in hospitality management, specifically in overseeing daily hotel operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety, security, and compliance standards in the hospitality industry
• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
