Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Fairfield Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
Supervise and train staff members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
