The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and leading a team of 8-12 finance professionals. Key Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day accounting operations ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and financial regulations. · Prepare financial statements, reports, and periodic forecasts. · Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings; coordinate with auditors during audits. · Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy. · Ensure P&L accountability and accurate closing of books. · Oversee sales reconciliation and reporting processes. · Maintain 100% verification of receivables/payables against invoices. · Efficiently manage book-keeping, ledger verification, and ensure Tally compliance. · Ensure accurate and timely sales and purchase entry validations. · Develop and enforce internal control procedures and accounting policies. · Ensure statutory compliance, timely submissions, corrections, and tax savings wherever applicable. · Review and address internal audit observations and take corrective measures. · Reduce working capital requirements through efficient cash flow and cost management. · Handle and verify petty cash, omni card expenses, cash expenses, and local purchases. · Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making. · Coordinate across departments and lead the accounting team to meet goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (6+ years) as an Accounts Manager or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
