Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of Duty Manager in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotel operations and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Implement effective strategies to improve hotel performance and revenue.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
