Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel or restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports of hotel or restaurant activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and guests.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations and resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with IDS (Integrated Data System) is an added advantage.
