Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily stockyard and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and

storage of materials.

Monitor and track inventory movement, ensuring data accuracy in the system.

Manage billing and invoicing related to warehouse activities, ensuring timely and

accurate processing.

Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and operations teams for seamless

workflows.

Maintain SAP records related to warehouse transactions, inventory balances, and

documentation.

Prepare and analyze reports related to stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and billing

summaries.

Please ensure compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Assist in audits and support documentation requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in stockyard operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1–2 years of experience in the metals industry

Minimum graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience with SAP (preferably in warehouse management and billing modules.

Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and stock control processes.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead process improvements.
