Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large-scale retail rollout projects for international clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the shopfitting and retail environment. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale retail rollouts, from initial brief to final handover. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution. Budget & Timeline Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability. Quality Assurance: Uphold brand and quality standards across all deliverables, conducting regular site inspections and reviews. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
