Role Overview

Project Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Planning & Execution:

    Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale retail rollouts, from initial brief to final handover.
  • Client Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Team Coordination:

    Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget & Timeline Control:

    Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Uphold brand and quality standards across all deliverables, conducting regular site inspections and reviews.
  • Risk Management:

    Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial tracking, and post-project evaluations.


Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Experience:

    7–10 years in project management, preferably in shopfitting, retail fit-outs, or related industries.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Proven track record managing large-scale rollouts for global brands.
  • Technical Background:

    Architectural or Interior Design qualification/background is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Leadership:

    Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and resolve conflicts.
  • Organisational Skills:

    Highly detail-oriented with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
  • Software Proficiency:

    Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is desirable.
