Dispatch Supervisor

As a Dispatch Coordinator at our company, your role involves planning and scheduling daily dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers or other locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the warehouse and production team for order readiness - Allocating and monitoring transportation resources such as vehicles and drivers - Preparing dispatch-related documents like invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport permits - Maintaining accurate records of dispatches, vehicle movements, and delivery confirmations - Ensuring all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards - Supervising dispatch staff and drivers, assigning duties, and monitoring performance - Providing training and guidance to new team members - Liaising with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments such as sales and warehouse - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to delivery delays or product shortages - Tracking and updating delivery status in real-time - Ensuring all dispatch activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations - Monitoring vehicle conditions and ensuring adherence to company safety protocols Additionally, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
