Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dispatch operations for finished goods and semi-finished goods as per dispatch schedules.
• Ensure order-wise picking, packing, and labeling are done accurately and as per SOPs.
• Verify dispatch documents including invoice, challan, packing list, and transporter details.
• Coordinate with Stores, QA/QC, and Production to ensure material release and dispatch readiness.
• Ensure proper handling and packing of goods to prevent damage, leakage, or transit loss.
• Maintain dispatch records and update real-time data in Excel or ERP systems.
• Monitor transporter coordination, vehicle scheduling, and timely dispatch of consignments.
• Ensure compliance with GWP, safety norms, and hygiene standards in the dispatch area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports, including pending and completed orders.
• Handle basic returns, shortages, or dispatch discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of dispatch processes, documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of GWP and pharma/cosmetics compliance is an added advantage.
• Good coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
