Purchase Executive

Position Title: Purchase Executive Location: Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat CTC Range: ₹2.6 – ₹3.3 LPA Reporting To: Sr. Purchase Executive Experience Required: 0–2 years Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Basic knowledge of procurement processes or ERP systems is a plus. Role Objective: To support the procurement team in executing timely purchasing operations by coordinating with vendors, tracking material flow, and assisting in documentation while ensuring cost-efficiency and process compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in raising Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for internal approvals. Coordinate with vendors for quotations and maintain comparative price statements. Track purchase orders and maintain detailed records of materials ordered and received. Assist in onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor databases. Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Coordinate with stores and QA/QC departments for inward verification and issue resolution. Work closely with the senior executive/manager to execute daily procurement operations efficiently. Key Skills Required: Strong coordination and follow-up skills Basic understanding of purchase cycle and inventory management Attention to detail and good documentation habits Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Good communication and time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your Current Salary?
