Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods
Plan and schedule dispatches as per sales orders and delivery timelines
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse team
Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and LR
Monitor vehicle movement, loading, and unloading activities
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and quantity accuracy before dispatch
Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, and escalations
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and statutory norms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Any stream
Knowledge of dispatch processes, documentation, and logistics operations
Experience in ERP / SAP / Tally / Dispatch software preferred
Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge
Strong coordination and people-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
