Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Dispatch Supervisor based in Baddi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations. Responsibilities include supervising dispatch staff, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, and addressing any logistical challenges that may arise.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading teams within a dispatch environment
Proficiency in Dispatching and understanding logistical coordination
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with drivers, team members, and customers
Knowledge of DOT Regulations to ensure compliance with transportation and safety standards
Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships and resolve concerns efficiently
Attention to detail and organizational abilities to handle scheduling and operational complexities
Proficiency with dispatch management systems and relevant software is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the logistics or automobile sector will be an advantage
