About the Role:

Director – US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for US IT recruitment delivery, aligning with business goals.
  • Oversee and scale a team of recruiters and managers to ensure high-quality, timely hiring outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with senior US stakeholders, business leaders, and clients to understand workforce needs and market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement

    scalable sourcing and talent strategies

    for niche and emerging IT skill sets.
  • Drive operational efficiency through metrics, dashboards, and continuous process improvements.
  • Manage escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure seamless recruitment operations.
  • Mentor and coach leadership team members (managers/leads) to build future-ready recruitment capabilities.
  • Stay updated on

    US immigration policies, hiring trends, and compliance requirements

    .
  • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and potentially P&L accountability for recruitment delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 12+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director).
  • Deep expertise in US hiring practices, visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, US Citizen), and compliance.
  • Strong track record of scaling and managing

    large recruitment delivery teams

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to budgeting, P&L, or revenue impact preferred.
  • Flexibility to work
