About the Role

This role will be pivotal in shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard the best global talent, combining scale and specialization with technology-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Global TA Strategy

  : Define and drive a future-ready global TA strategy aligned with business growth across India, US, UK, APAC and other key markets.

• Technology-Enabled Hiring

  : Champion the use of AI, automation, CRM, ATS platforms, and data analytics to make hiring faster, smarter, and more predictive.

• Innovation & Transformation

  : Introduce digital hiring practices (chatbots, video interviews, AI-based sourcing, talent marketplaces) to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Scale & Specialization

  : Deliver both large-scale recruitment and niche/specialist talent hiring (ERP, Digital, Cloud, Cyber Security, Emerging tech, BPS).

• Campus & Early Careers

  : Build differentiated global campus and early-career programs to create future pipelines.

• Employer Branding

  : Strengthen our global employer brand using digital campaigns, social media, and talent communities.

• Data-Driven Insights

  : Establish robust TA metrics, dashboards, and predictive models to forecast demand, optimize sourcing, and improve quality of hire.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and CXOs to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies.

• Team Leadership

  : Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse global TA team to be tech-savvy, business-aligned, and outcome-driven.

Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelor’s in HR/Business; MBA preferred.

• Experience

  : 15+ years in TA leadership within IT/Tech/Services, with proven global exposure.

• Expertise

  : Skilled in scaling TA, balancing high-volume and niche hiring, and building global campus programs.

• Tech in TA

  : Strong track record of leveraging ATS/CRM, AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to drive smarter hiring.

• Leadership

  : Strategic, innovative, and data-driven leader with the ability to influence CXOs and inspire high-performing global teams.

• Mindset

  : Future-focused, agile, and committed to transforming TA into a business enabler.
