Job Description

As a Talent Delivery Director at Randstad Enterprise, you play a crucial role in leading our clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence. Your responsibilities include managing the onsite delivery team, ensuring successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy, and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Here's a breakdown of your role: **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Client & Stakeholder Management:** - Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for daily operational issues. - Engage proactively with client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and align resource strategies. - Monitor team productivity to meet internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs. - Identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency. - Drive customer satisfaction targets and identify opportunities for account growth. - **Operations Management:** - Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to enhance quality and productivity. - Stay updated with industry trends and maintain a strong external network. - Manage program-level financial and administrative processes. - Resolve commercial or contractual issues according to company policy. - **People Management:** - Recruit and induct new team members effectively. - Provide leadership, coaching, and support to maximize team performance. - Address training needs and support personal development plans. - Conduct regular team meetings, offer constructive feedback, and promote teamwork. **Key Performance Indicators:** - Achievement of contract performance KPIs and SLAs - Client satisfaction scores and feedback - Program budget management and performance - Team and employee engagement scores - Effective management of fast-paced delivery metrics **Job Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum 13 years of experience in Technology hiring. - 3-5 years of experience in program management or team leadership, preferably in an RPO or large-scale recruitment environment. - **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong consulting, leadership, and mentoring skills. - Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience. - Conflict resolution, team collaboration, and process improvement skills. - Ability to work in complex environments, navigate challenges, and drive results.
