Job Overview Director, Supply Services holds a leadership position under Ad platform Shared service team. Overseeing the Supply side of Advertising Platform Services Group, this role oversees delivery of all global campaigns to the satisfaction of Samsung Ads clients and regional teams. This role also contributes actively in defining the strategic vision of Samsung Ads supply and future integration to improve the platform in terms of inventory classification ,forecasting and partner on boarding to improve the data outcome. Collaborating closely with counterparts across all of Samsung Ads, Sales, Customer Service Management and Product Teams globally, leads the implementation and deployment of efficient processes and initiatives to improve the platform. Manage and develop relationship with 3rd party supply partners. Also needs to maintain relationship with Global market. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the vision for all managed and 3rd party supply, and contribute to the growth of Samsung Ads. Develop performance analysis and insights through research and analysis of business drivers , market landscape and operations metrics. Perform business forecasting ,planning and recommend strategies to the leadership team to scale growth. Help convert data analysis into presentation of findings and recommendations to the leadership team. Develop and manage reporting systems for understanding the health of business and customers, and develop publisher optimization strategies to grow Samsung publishing business. Development of supply ops analyst for cross-collaboration. Generate insights for product improvements to drive resolution of issue. Develop a Samsung Ads Supply service strategy in partnership with leadership to assist in achieving forecast goals. Help in prioritization and designing the right goals and metrics Analyzing the existing headroom. Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and supply operations initiatives for Ad Platform service team , while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership. Oversee Supply operation ,identify process inefficiencies and scaling opportunities in collaboration with Business operation , BI team and Sales team. Develop market strategy for Supply operation expansion ,assessing regulatory landscapes ,competitive positioning and partnership opportunities. Act as a senior advisor to leadership from supply prospective, offering insights on market trend ,industry shifts and strategic growth opportunities. Role Requirements Experienced and dynamic leader having technical understanding and background to build strong publisher supply operation team. Extensive experience in Digital advertising with business development and partnership background. Proven record in global market like USA/EU. Provide strategic advice and insights on process and product improvements Ability and passion to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders , management and industry group. Having experience at SSP, DSP, Publishing house ,agency or with any mar Tech/ Ad Tech platform. Proven track record of building relationship at senior level at any Martech/AdTech company or with any publisher. Understand trends in digital supply operation, provide investigative support and maintain business plan. Competencies and Skills Strategic Leadership & execution excellence to define vision and drive tactical execution. Experience in optimizing business processes and scaling global operation. Should be open to work in 24x7 environment and flexible to support global market USA/EU/KR/AU. Strong negotiations and strategic partnership development capabilities. Great communication skills: ability to navigate sensitive issues with a positive attitude and ability to drive resolution of such issues Technical Proficiencies Industry expert on Ad Serving and Programmatic Advertising as well as the different technologies and platforms involved Deep knowledge of advertising standards like RTB . Good understanding of SSP and DSP. In depth understanding about Viewability, Optimization, brand safety Private marketplace deals and ad fraud measurement with Ad-verification and Audience verification vendors Have worked on Salesforce, Jira ,data visualization tool and any OMS. Have worked with SSP and DSP Partner on the integration Understand MMP SDK and its integration. Understanding of streaming platform like media tailor would be plus. Qualifications/Certifications Required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or business administration required, MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
