Job Description

As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to drive innovation and differentiation in the supply chain analytics space. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that empower clients to optimize their supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's mission, managing the product roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback, and leading and mentoring a team of product managers to ensure successful product launches. You will also conduct market research, build strong relationships with clients, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and plan and execute product launches. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. You should have at least 7 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology or analytics-focused companies, and possess deep knowledge of supply chain analytics or related domains. Strong leadership and team management skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. A data-driven mindset, proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, and a track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products are also required.,
