As the Daily Assignments Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Team Leaders of four warehouses located in Baner, Chakan, Pimpri, and DSV. Your tasks include overseeing the daily assignments given to each team member, providing support where necessary to ensure tasks are completed successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging daily transportation activities, such as raising vehicle requests on the DSV portal and managing import shipments unloaded at DSV. Monitoring forklift arrangements and unloading tasks for safe material movement towards the store will also be part of your daily responsibilities. You will need to ensure that system-related tasks, such as GRN, MIRO, and IR, are completed within the given timeline.
