Warehouse Manager

As the Daily Assignments Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Team Leaders of four warehouses located in Baner, Chakan, Pimpri, and DSV. Your tasks include overseeing the daily assignments given to each team member, providing support where necessary to ensure tasks are completed successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging daily transportation activities, such as raising vehicle requests on the DSV portal and managing import shipments unloaded at DSV. Monitoring forklift arrangements and unloading tasks for safe material movement towards the store will also be part of your daily responsibilities. You will need to ensure that system-related tasks, such as GRN, MIRO, and IR, are completed within the given timeline. Coordinating with the Lab Projects Team on their daily material-related queries and ensuring timely closure of these queries will also be an essential part of your role. In terms of dispatch activities, you will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring and execution of R&D shipments dispatch. This includes promptly responding to Project Teams to prepare dispatches, arranging transportation or courier services for domestic dispatches, and ensuring compliance requirements are met for export shipments. For Inventory & Space Management, you will be tasked with monitoring the inventory belonging to R&D, conducting quarterly W2W counts for external WH-DSV, and coordinating with the DSV TL for space management. Sharing aging and non-moving inventory details with the project team to facilitate the elimination of obsolete inventory will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve coordinating with CITI Bank for shipment-related matters, maintaining records of Bank GR applications, arranging closure of Bank GR within the designated timeline, and establishing a strong relationship with the CITI team to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing scrap by following up with projects to eliminate old aging inventory, obtaining necessary approvals, arranging quotes from scrap vendors, overseeing the handover process, and maintaining records of scrap transactions in SAP. Supporting the facility team in eliminating non-process scrap will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will be involved in various SAP-related transactions such as Migo, Export Invoice, PIC commercial invoices, Scrap Invoice, Customer code creation, and Route66 creation. Monitoring daily MIS reports from the warehouses, maintaining records of GRN, outward details, open Bank GR records, DSV inventory files, monthly MBR reports, and scrapping data will also be part of your responsibilities as the Daily Assignments Coordinator.,
