Focuses on solving problems using research, market data, design, and customer feedback while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Champions outcome-driven roadmaps, measurable product OKRs, and disciplined discovery practices that translate insights into scalable features with clear business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for business banking solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives
- Partner with engineering and scrum teams in an Agile environment
- Translate business requirements into technical needs
- Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy standards
- Drive rapid product enhancements and new feature development
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Experience & Knowledge
- 12+ years of experience; advanced degree with 8+ years acceptable
- 5-7 years of managing and developing teams.
- Strong background in product management, financial services, or e-commerce
- Proficiency with Agile development, programming, database, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
