Leads product management strategy and execution for business banking solutions, delivering innovative products to support bank and credit union customers. Focuses on solving problems using research, market data, design, and customer feedback while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Champions outcome-driven roadmaps, measurable product OKRs, and disciplined discovery practices that translate insights into scalable features with clear business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and execute product strategy for business banking solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives
Partner with engineering and scrum teams in an Agile environment
Translate business requirements into technical needs
Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy standards
Drive rapid product enhancements and new feature development
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

12+ years of experience; advanced degree with 8+ years acceptable
5-7 years of managing and developing teams.
Strong background in product management, financial services, or e-commerce
Proficiency with Agile development, programming, database, and analytics tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
